Went through a muddy creek crossing and my feet stayed dry the whole time thanks to that rechargeable system kicking in when I needed it. The zero drop platform took a mile or two to adjust to coming from regular sneakers, but now it feels like walking barefoot with actual protection.
The widest toebox is a game changer—my toes actually splay naturally on descents instead of cramping up. And being able to recharge them between hikes means I’m never stuck with dead shoes mid-trip.
Took these out on a rocky ridge and the zero drop platform felt stable from the first mile. The widest toebox gave my toes room to spread without any hot spots, and the rechargeable system held up through a full day of climbing.
