Bought this for a river trip and the fit is spot on—snug but not restrictive, even when paddling hard. The buckle system clicks in fast, which I appreciated when we hit a rough stretch. Solid piece of gear that I'll trust again.

Took it out on the lake this weekend and barely noticed I was wearing it, which is saying a lot since I usually hate bulky life jackets. The way it sits flat against your chest makes paddling and casting feel completely natural. Solid build, zero chafing after five hours on the water.

I was on the fence about spending the extra cash, but the "everyday practicality" is real—the buckles adjust so smoothly I don't even notice it's on after an hour of paddling. Honestly, it's the first life jacket I've worn that doesn't make me feel like I'm in a straightjacket.
